We volunteer to provide free history walks and talks around the town and Merthyr Dyfan Cemetery, with the kind permission of Barry Town Council.  Walks include a Barry Dock Town walk which ends at the Dock Office and is a celebration of the early years after the dock opened. A High Street walk and a separate Holton Road walk exploring commerce and ordinary peoples lives.  A walk around Barry Cemetery exploring the background and tragic consequences of the 1919 Barry Race Riots.

We are currently working on a new history walk starting from Slaughterhouse Allotments, a fascinating part of town.
