We are part of the More in Common Network, a project linked to The Jo Cox Foundation. We’re inspired by the  humanitarian Jo Cox, the late MP, and her belief in tolerance, kindness and fairness and work to bring people together to show how we have far More In Common.

 

Set up by local people in 2017, we run free, local community events year-round and activities monthly, including as part of The Great Get Together. 

We are non-political and aim to be fully inclusive in all we do.

We run monthly Book Clubs, More in Common Socials and hold Great Get Together gatherings like community picnics, sporting activities, community gardening and inclusive community parties.

 

Volunteer opportunities:

• Litter-picking in conjunction with Keep Wales Tidy
• Making community events happen. This is anything from making cuppas and being a welcoming host at our events to helping with social media. We welcome your input!
